So I'm on week 2 of pretty much no workouts, apart from some swimming. I'm feeling itchy, but it's also been a little bit of a mental break. That said, I'm ready to get this hamstring issue taken care of and get back to work. I saw an ortho last week and he's putting me on a PT regimen that I started yesterday. I can tell our healthcare system has changed a lot over the years. When I was in college I had a phenomenal PT clinic through school that was athlete oriented, professional- a top notch place. Now I'm going to this clinic in a strip mall that has 3 people working there. Oh well, they seem to be competent, although not terribly personable. Hopefully they can mend my leg and I can get back to training soon!
